Multilingual web development & custom automation in Glendale & Burbank
I'm Feliks Torosyan, and Felix Digital Solutions is my engineering studio in Glendale. I design and write the code myself: websites on React and Next.js, iOS apps on SwiftUI, automation on FastAPI. No agency markup and no middle managers — you talk directly to the developer, get a fixed quote within 24 hours, and end up with a site that speaks to your customers in English, Russian, and Armenian.
Get a quote in 24 hours →Why an LA site should speak three languages
Glendale and Burbank are a distinct market. Here a customer reads the sign in English, calls in Armenian, and writes the review in Russian. An English-only site hands half of those customers to competitors: someone searching for «парикмахерская Глендейл» in Russian or Armenian simply won't find you. Real language versions — separate pages with their own URLs that Google ranks individually — close that gap.
The second difference is direct communication. At a typical agency, a project manager and a designer sit between you and the programmer, and the requirements get «translated» twice. Not here: you explain the task once — to the person who builds it. In Russian, in English, whatever's easiest for you. So nothing gets lost, timelines don't slip, and the quote named at the start matches the final invoice.

How the work goes
-
01
Quote in 24 hours
A short call about your business and the task. Within a day you get a fixed price and timeline — the number you approve is the final price.
-
02
Direct dev + staging
I write the code myself, and you watch the live site on a staging link. Weekly demos — feedback lands in the work right away, not at the very end.
-
03
Launch & SEO prep
Domain, SSL, analytics, sub-2-second load times, and correct indexing of every language version — the site ships ready to rank in Google.
-
04
Post-launch support
The site is fully yours. Optionally, a care plan from $50 to $200/month: hosting, updates, backups, and small changes without the headache.
Common questions
Do you work locally in Glendale?
Yes. I live and work in Glendale, so with clients in Glendale, Burbank, and Pasadena we can meet in person — talk through the project over coffee, review work-in-progress builds, and go over the analytics after launch. For the rest of Los Angeles and other states I work remotely: video calls and a live link to the site where you see progress every week.
How is multilingual support built?
Each language is a set of real, separate pages with their own URLs (for example /ru/ and /hy/), not an auto-translate widget. On Next.js that's i18n routing; on static sites it's a dedicated set of pages per language. That way Google indexes and ranks each version on its own, and your Armenian or Russian page brings in its own customers. An extra language is +$400.
What does it cost and how long does it take?
A landing page starts at $1,200 and 1–2 weeks. A business site starts at $2,500 and 2–5 weeks. An online store starts at $5,000. Automation and CRMs start at $3,000, iOS apps at $8,000. After a short call you get a fixed quote within 24 hours — the number you approve is the final price, with no surprises mid-project.
