Web designer in Los Angeles

Felix Digital Solutions is a web design studio based in Glendale and serving all of Los Angeles, run by one person — me, Feliks Torosyan. I design and build fast, modern, conversion-focused websites for local businesses, working directly with each client with a fixed quote up front, in English, Russian, Armenian, or Spanish — which very few designers in LA offer. Most of my work comes from client referrals.

What I design & build

Areas I serve

All of Los Angeles — including Pasadena, Hollywood, and everywhere in between — plus dedicated pages for the neighborhoods I know best: Glendale and Burbank. Most projects run remotely over video calls and weekly preview links, so I also take on clients anywhere in the U.S. If you're comparing the design and development sides of a project, my web developer in Los Angeles page covers the engineering half — same person, same process.

How it works

  1. 01

    Free fixed quote

A short call about your business and goals. Within 24 hours you get a fixed price and timeline — the number you approve is the number you pay.

  2. 02

    Design & build

Usually 2–5 weeks. You watch the real site take shape on a live preview link with weekly demos, so feedback lands early instead of at the end.

  3. 03

    Launch & support

Deployment, domain and SSL, analytics, and a walkthrough. After launch you own the site outright — with an optional monthly care plan if you'd rather not think about it.

Common questions

Do you work with my industry?

Yes. I've shipped sites for bakeries, real estate agents, home health care, education programs, and consulting firms — and the same playbook works for restaurants, auto shops, clinics, contractors, retail, and professional services across LA.

How much does a website cost?

Most small-business websites in Los Angeles run $2,000–$10,000. My builds start at $2,500, landing pages at $1,200, and online stores at $5,000 — always with a fixed quote before we start.

How long does it take?

A standard business site takes about 2–5 weeks, depending on how fast content and photos are ready. Landing pages usually launch in 1–2 weeks; e-commerce runs longer.

Can you build in Armenian, Russian, or Spanish?

Yes. I build and maintain websites in English, Russian, Armenian, and Spanish, including fully bilingual sites, with proper per-language URLs so each language ranks on its own.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Optionally. I offer monthly care plans ($50–$200/mo) for hosting, updates, backups, and small changes — or you own the site outright and manage it yourself.
