A luxury real estate site with the polish to match the homes it sells — editorial design, eight neighborhood guides across LA and the Valley, curated listings, a sold-history showcase, and a home-valuation funnel that turns visitors into leads.
The problem
A luxury realtor needs a site that matches the price point of the homes she sells. Anything generic reads as a mismatch — and quietly costs credibility. The harder problem is conversion: a polished site that only lets people browse leaves money on the table. It has to turn visitors into valuation leads, not just admirers.
The approach
I designed the site editorial-first, so the typography, spacing, and imagery carry the same sense of quality as the listings. Eight neighborhood guides — covering areas across Los Angeles and the Valley — give the site depth for local search, so buyers researching a specific area land here instead of a national portal.
Curated listings and a sold-history showcase do the credibility work: visitors can see the caliber of homes represented and the track record behind them. And the home-valuation funnel sits at the center as the main conversion — a clear, low-friction way for a homeowner to raise their hand and become a lead.
The result
The site presents like the properties it represents, ranks for the neighborhoods it covers, and gives visitors a reason to convert instead of just scroll. The valuation funnel is the front door for new business, and the sold history backs every claim with proof.
